Apex Legends New Map Leak (Season 11)

Apex Legends is one of the toping battle royal games in 2021. With its unique character selection and variety of abilities there is always something new or players to try out. Apex legends battle royal currently feature 3 different maps; Worlds edge, Kings Canyon and Olympus.

This maps rotate in 60, 90 or 120 minutes during the game. There has been a teaser of a new map which would be coming in season 11 which we as apex legends players should be looking out for.

Apex Legends New Map - What We Know


The Apex legends map is named Tropic Island, the name of this map says a lot about the map. Shrugal which is a content creator released a lot about the new map where he talked about what to expect in the map ranging from in-game items to different terrains and the geography of the map.

According to Shrugtal when looking through the game files he found some lines of codes which could potentially be wildlife, the wildlife are said to be repetitive in the map meaning there would be found at different locations on the map . From his point of view he stated that its possible that players would need to defeat waves of the wildlife to access higher tier loot, this is a high probability as we have something similar in Bloodhoud's trial in Worlds Edge (prowlers).

Tropical Island Map Terrain

The terrain of the map is said to contain several wet locations and highlands. Shrugtal speculated that there could be potential high cliffs for high ground which he observed while looking through the game files and discovered a howling cliff sound.

The new map in Apex Legends is said to debut in season 11 which would kick off on Tuesday November 2, 2021. The release date of the map is exactly 40 days from the day this post was published. The map is going to be one of the cool items that will come with season 11 and its going to change the current game state.
