With video games adding teasers here and there to make players anticipate a new addition into the game, this tends to increase every players interest on such update. Apex legends not being left out introduced a new teaser on their battle royal map which has alot of meaning to it.
If you are a frequent player of apex legends and you always dive down on the storm point map, you would have noticed that there is a high percentage of players that move towards north pad, this is because of the teaser of an air vehicle crashing onto the map. Respawn has taken their time to include this teaser of the ship that seemingly explodes with a little piece of it landing onto the island.
What Does This Teaser Mean?
Alot of community members have been suggesting what they feel the teaser is implying of which after making some research we noted what information the teaser is implying. While looking at the piece of the ship on the island we noticed a symbol on the piece which stands for Salvo which is fuse home planet.
Now looking through the apex legends story line during the break through of fuse during the Outlands season we noticed that during the trailer there was another legend which was introduced partly which is Mad Maggie, on Salvo, both characters' home planet, Mad Maggie was introduced to players as Fuse's close buddy. They grew up together and formed a strong friendship, which Fuse shattered when he left Salvo to join the Apex Games.
Maggie was enraged at Fuse's departure, whether she was jealous or simply felt betrayed, and they got into a fight that resulted in Fuse losing his arm.
though not much was said about her abilities and skills but we know that there is a possibility of her being a new legend that would be introduced in the next season.
According to a post by Kralrindo on twitter he noted that after looking at the game file there are some assets which includes data for Mad Maggine, which implies that there is a high possiblity of her being the new legend.
After several consideration and thoughts we believe that the teaser is insinuating that there would be a new legend and it would be Mad Maggine, we would continue to give updates on season 12 as well as the teaser.
